Fuels Dispatcher Officer (Bangar, La Union)

About the role

SEAOIL is seeking a motivated Fuels Dispatcher Officer to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of fuel sales orders from its Bangar terminal. The role bridges the gap between product inventory, truck scheduling, and final delivery, guaranteeing that customers receive fuel on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Confirm product availability with the Product Inventory Assistant and secure truck attendance lists.
• Coordinate with the Road Transport Scheduler to match available trucks with delivery schedules.
• Prepare loading line‑ups, issue security seals, and generate delivery documents.
• Execute shipping confirmations through the online Shipping Transactions module.
• Inspect loaded quantities and quality before releasing trucks for dispatch.
• Update the Dispatcher’s Report and transmit acknowledged Delivery Receipts.
• Monitor and maintain adequate stock of security seals and dispatch forms.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned, adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

• College graduate, preferably with an Engineering degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or dispatching.
• Physically fit and able to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Willingness to be based in Bangar, La Union.
