Front-End Developer – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a skilled Front-End Developer to join its remote team in the Philippines. You will work on building responsive web interfaces, turning UI/UX designs into high‑quality code, and collaborating with backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern front‑end technologies.
• Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into reusable, performant code.
• Ensure technical feasibility of designs and optimise applications for speed and scalability.
• Integrate front‑end components with backend APIs and third‑party services.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing features to improve reliability and user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in front‑end development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with at least one modern framework such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with Git and standard development workflows.
