Front-End Developer – Onsite in Cagayan De Oro

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a skilled Front‑End Developer to join its onsite team in Cagayan De Oro. You will turn UI/UX designs into responsive, high‑performance web interfaces while collaborating closely with backend and design teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web interfaces using modern front‑end technologies.
• Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, reusable code.
• Ensure technical feasibility of designs and optimise applications for performance and scalability.
• Integrate front‑end components with backend APIs and third‑party services.
• Troubleshoot, debug and enhance existing features to improve user experience and reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience in front‑end development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with at least one major framework such as React, Angular or Vue.js.
• Familiarity with Git and standard development workflows.
