About the role
We are looking for a Front Desk Clerk to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at our Makati City office. The role involves greeting guests, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors professionally, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; schedule appointments, meetings, conference calls, and room bookings.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and conference areas.
- Manage incoming and outgoing legal documents while preserving confidentiality.
- Coordinate company vehicle bookings for hearings and external meetings.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, inventory monitoring, and ordering office and pantry supplies.
- Undertake other related duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in any business-related field.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Fresh graduates or entry‑level candidates are welcome.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Makati City.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
