French Travel Advisor (Spotnana Platform Experience)

About the role

MCI is seeking a bilingual French‑English Travel Advisor to work onsite in its San Fernando contact centre. The role focuses on assisting business and leisure travelers with planning, booking, and managing trips using the Spotnana travel platform. You will deliver professional, efficient customer service while ensuring compliance with travel policies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist travelers in planning, booking, and managing air, hotel, car, and rail reservations.
• Use Spotnana to search inventory, create itineraries, and process changes, cancellations, and re‑bookings.
• Review traveler profiles and preferences to recommend suitable travel options.
• Provide accurate information on fares, itineraries, and travel policies.
• Handle schedule changes, travel disruptions, and other travel‑related issues.
• Maintain up‑to‑date reservation data within the Spotnana system.
• Escalate complex cases according to established procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in a BPO or call‑center environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with the Spotnana travel platform.
