French Procure-to-Pay Operations Analyst (Hybrid)

About the role

The French Procure to Pay Operations Analyst will join a hybrid team in Taguig, handling end‑to‑end accounts payable processes. The role requires strong French language skills and the ability to manage medium to high‑complexity invoice and payment transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Process pre‑coded invoices with and without purchase orders, ensuring daily reconciliation.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain accurate vendor statements.
• Manage payment posting, verify errors, and act as the main liaison with the bank for payment queries.
• Handle travel and expense (T&E) processing, including validation, approval, and follow‑up on missing receipts.
• Identify, assess, and resolve complex issues independently, escalating when necessary.
• Coach and support less‑experienced team members as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in accounts payable or related finance functions.
• Educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a Business‑related field.
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends off as per project schedule.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Hands‑on experience with SAP for accounts payable processing.
