About the role

The French Bilingual Customer Service Technical Support Expert provides front‑line assistance to customers in both French and English, combining technical know‑how with strong communication skills. Acting as the primary advocate for customers, this role ensures issues are resolved efficiently while delivering a world‑class experience.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver proactive and reactive support for customers, partners, and internal teams, handling subscription inquiries and technical tasks.
• Provide technical assistance for client products, including account access, setup, document workflows, and billing.
• Troubleshoot incoming queries via telephone, chat, and proprietary systems, using browser developer tools, internal admin consoles, SQL, and text‑analysis tooling.
• Identify product improvements, report bugs, and suggest high‑impact enhancements.
• Promote client products and services through consultative discussions.
• Manage non‑complex escalated cases and ensure resolution aligns with service‑level goals.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Customer‑centric mindset with the ability to act as a liaison between customers and internal departments.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
