Freight Documentation Specialist

About the role
The Freight Documentation Specialist supports revenue generation by ensuring accurate and timely handling of all freight documentation. You will act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, guaranteeing that cargo moves smoothly through the supply chain.
Key responsibilities
- Send arrival notices to customers and follow up on unwithdrawn cargoes.
- Release containers and prepare haulage for delivery.
- Perform adjustments and compile load lists and incoming cargo reports.
- Prepare bills of lading, delivery orders, and cargo manifests.
- Collect deposits on time and generate cargo manifest reports.
Required profile
- College graduate.
- Preferable experience in logistics or customer service.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to finish tasks with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Effective communication skills.

- Computer literacy.
