Freight Documentation Specialist

About the role

The Freight Documentation Specialist supports revenue generation by ensuring accurate and timely handling of all freight documentation. You will act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams, guaranteeing that cargo moves smoothly through the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Send arrival notices to customers and follow up on unwithdrawn cargoes.
• Release containers and prepare haulage for delivery.
• Perform adjustments and compile load lists and incoming cargo reports.
• Prepare bills of lading, delivery orders, and cargo manifests.
• Collect deposits on time and generate cargo manifest reports.

Required profile

• College graduate.
• Preferable experience in logistics or customer service.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to finish tasks with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
