Freelance IT Recruiter – Philippines & APAC

About the role

We are seeking an experienced freelance IT Recruiter to support technology hiring across the Philippines and the broader APAC region. The consultant will manage full‑cycle recruitment for a wide range of technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver high‑quality candidates in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, Boolean search and professional networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial screening, technical assessments and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, salary trends and competitor activity.
• Maintain recruitment databases, track metrics and ensure compliance with data‑privacy policies.
• Prepare regular recruitment reports and updates for hiring managers.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of proven IT recruitment experience in agency, RPO or corporate settings.
• Experience supporting international clients and remote hiring engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management and excellent English communication skills.
• Self‑driven, results‑oriented and well‑connected within the Philippine IT talent market.

Required skills

• Technical recruitment expertise across .NET, Java, Python, Node.js, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), DevOps, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, AI/ML and RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
• Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Indeed, Boolean search and talent mapping.
