About the role
We are seeking a Freelance BIM Modeller to create detailed 3D models and generate shop drawings for construction projects. The role is fully remote and requires delivering accurate BIM deliverables for authority approvals and on‑site construction.
Key responsibilities
- Construct detailed 3D models using BIM software, ensuring alignment with project specifications and design intent.
- Prepare comprehensive shop drawings for submission to regulatory authorities and for use by construction teams.
- Continuously update and refine 3D models to reflect design changes, coordination feedback, and construction progress.
Required profile
- Demonstrated proficiency with BIM software and solid experience in 3D modelling for construction projects.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting project deadlines.
