Freelance AI Trainer – Business Owner Evaluation

About the role

We are looking for independent business owners in food, lodging, service, or retail to evaluate AI-driven commerce tools. As a remote freelance contractor, you will test new platform features, audit local search listings, and provide structured feedback to improve AI accuracy.

Key responsibilities

• Independently test digital merchant tools, AI recommendations, and storefront features.
• Review AI‑generated business summaries, search visibility, and mapping integrations for factual accuracy.
• Generate detailed, audit‑ready feedback on usability, relevance, and day‑to‑day utility.
• Document anomalies where AI misclassifies categories, services, hours, or local nuances.

Required profile

• Active owner, operator, or primary manager of a business in food/beverage, lodging, local service, or retail.
• Possess a verified Google Business Profile for your enterprise.
• Strong analytical communication skills to articulate technical observations.
• Detail‑oriented approach to evaluating digital workflows from a merchant perspective.
