FP&A Centre of Excellence Lead (Tower)

About the role

The FP&A Centre of Excellence (COE) Lead will head the FP&A pillar within the Global Finance Service Centre, partnering closely with the Group FP&A team in London. You will drive high‑quality planning, reporting and analytical support while leading a senior FP&A team to meet robust service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead planning, budgeting and forecasting processes, consolidating inputs from business units and ensuring alignment with strategic drivers.
• Produce monthly management reporting packs, perform variance analysis, scenario modelling and business case support.
• Partner with finance, commercial and operations stakeholders to translate financial data into clear business narratives.
• Standardise and automate FP&A processes, enhance tools such as Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan and Power BI, and maintain governance of financial models.
• Support data governance and reporting integrity for the Manila site.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of FP&A experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CPA, CMA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in a Shared Services or BPO environment is a plus.
• Deep expertise in budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Strong communication, organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven track record of driving team performance through SLA, KPI and performance‑management frameworks.
