Forward Deploy Engineer

About the role

As a Forward Deploy Engineer you will turn complex data into trusted intelligence that drives smarter decisions across global teams. You will build a scalable analytics foundation, standardise key business metrics and enable rapid action for marketing, product, finance and revenue operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain data models that support enterprise‑wide analytics.
• Implement and optimise dbt models, testing and documentation pipelines.
• Work with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) to ensure performant, reliable data delivery.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM and product teams to integrate Salesforce and marketing‑automation data.
• Support BI reporting by creating reusable Looker and Tableau assets.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data analysis or analytics engineering.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, cohort and funnel analysis.
• Hands‑on expertise with dbt for model development, testing and documentation.
• Strong understanding of data‑modeling principles, grain definition and dimensional modelling.
• Experience with cloud warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift.
