About the role

The Food and Beverage Supervisor oversees daily operations of the outlet, ensuring exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and compliance with standards. This role leads and develops the team, manages inventory, handles guest concerns, and supports profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day outlet operations in line with company policies and service standards.
• Ensure proper execution of service sequences, buffet and table set‑up, and presentation.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members through training, briefings and learning sessions.
• Monitor inventory levels, par stocks and requisition requirements.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Review guest checks, billing transactions and cash handling procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to guarantee high‑quality food and beverage delivery.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules to optimise manpower utilisation.
• Promote workplace safety by enforcing policies and corrective actions.
• Act swiftly on customer feedback and service recovery opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising daily operations of a food and beverage outlet.
• Ability to lead, coach and develop a team.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to resolve guest issues.
• Knowledge of inventory management, cash handling and billing procedures.
• Excellent coordination skills with kitchen and other departments.
• Commitment to workplace safety and service quality.
