Flight Simulator Instructor (A320) – Temporary

About the role

The Flight Simulator Instructor (A320) will deliver training on the A320 full‑flight simulator, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company SOPs. The role involves preparing courseware, monitoring student progress, and contributing to continuous improvement of training processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training duties in accordance with the Flight Simulator Instructor (FSI) job description and applicable SOPs.
• Recommend revisions to SOPs where appropriate.
• Assist in preparing courseware and theoretical examinations to meet regulatory requirements.
• Monitor client/student progress and develop action plans for those not meeting standards.
• Promote and support improvements to processes, documentation, and training materials used by the ATO.
• Participate in Progress, Academic & Disciplinary Review Boards and provide remedial recommendations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Lead Instructor or Head of Training.

Required profile

• Minimum 1,500 hours pilot‑in‑command on a multi‑crew jet transport.
• Valid Flight Instructor Rating or equivalent certification.
• Preferably prior experience as a Flight Simulator Instructor or Type Rating Instructor.
• Previous experience in airline or ATO training environments.
• Hold or have held an ICAO‑recognised ATPL/CPL/MPL with ICAO English level 5.
• Knowledge of civil aviation regulations governing training.
• Motivated, disciplined individual with initiative and ability to deliver results remotely.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven leadership experience in a multicultural setting.
• Basic IT proficiency and familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite.
