Fleet Training and Onboarding Specialist

About the role

The Fleet Training and Onboarding Specialist will ensure new delivery partners receive up‑to‑date training and understand all operational procedures. This role supports the rollout of new systems, facilities, and SOPs, helping the team stay compliant and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver face‑to‑face or virtual training sessions for new delivery partners and newly opened facilities.
• Maintain and update training materials to reflect the latest procedures and system changes.
• Coordinate with operations teams to verify training compliance and flag non‑compliant cases.
• Schedule training sessions, conduct comprehension tests, and provide performance feedback to team leads.
• Collect and share feedback on training effectiveness to continuously improve the program.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of college education.
• Experience as a trainer, logistics operator, or teacher is highly valued.
• Strong communication and listening abilities.
• Ability to manage group attention and guide trainees effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Office Suite.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
