About the role
The Fleet Facilitator (Truck Mechanic) is responsible for keeping the company's vehicle fleet fully operational. Working on‑site in Lipa City, the role focuses on preventive maintenance and daily inspections to guarantee 100% fleet availability for the company's logistics and production needs.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure 100% fleet availability by strictly following scheduled preventive maintenance plans.
- Perform daily inspections of all trucks and related equipment, identifying any defects or safety concerns.
- Record maintenance activities, inspection results, and corrective actions in the fleet management system.
- Coordinate with other maintenance personnel to address identified issues promptly.
Required profile
- Qualified truck mechanic with experience in maintaining a fleet of vehicles.
