Fleet Coordinator

About the role

The Fleet Coordinator will oversee daily vehicle and driver operations for SPX Express in the Bicol Region, Philippines. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures efficient route planning, timely deliveries, and optimal fleet utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule routes, assign deliveries, and monitor fleet performance.
• Track vehicle status, coordinate maintenance, and record mileage, fuel usage, and service histories.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to resolve delivery issues and optimize routes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local transportation regulations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong background in fleet operations and management.
• Proficiency in operations management and process optimisation.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills in a high‑volume environment.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and local geography in the Philippines.
• Relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply‑chain, or business administration is an advantage.
