Fixed-Term HR Coordinator (Associate) – Recruitment Support

About the role

Capital One is looking for a Fixed-Term Associate to support its Human Resources team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City. The role focuses on recruitment activities and provides administrative assistance for HR initiatives. This position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with limited experience who are eager to develop a career in HR.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment for entry‑level positions, including phone screening and interview scheduling.
• Enter candidate information into Workday and manage front‑desk administration.
• Administer language and online assessments, coordinate background checks, and extend job offers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define recruitment requirements and evaluate process effectiveness.
• Support HR events and programs by handling logistics and administrative tasks.
• Participate in sourcing activities such as job fairs and off‑site events.

Required profile

• College graduate, preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduate or candidate with up to six months of corporate hiring experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for business correspondence.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules based on business needs and willingness to work onsite in Alabang.
