Fixed Asset Accounting Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

Directio, a global IT services firm, is seeking a Fixed Asset Accounting Specialist for a French client that manufactures glasses and works with opticians. The role supports the client’s mission to improve vision quality by managing fixed‑asset inventories and ensuring accurate accounting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Fixed Asset inventory process, performing accurate counts, reconciliations and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Develop and implement a standardized asset‑tagging process across business units for consistent traceability.
• Assign Fixed Asset tag numbers, print and distribute tags, and maintain proper documentation.
• Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure integrity of Fixed Asset accounting data in the ERP system.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and contribute to standardisation and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in accounting or related functions.
• Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days onsite in Alabang, Muntinlupa and 2 days work‑from‑home.
• Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Analytical ability and understanding of Fixed Asset Accounting basics.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and business environment.

• Salary ₱40,000 – ₱45,000 per month
