First Mile Drylease Coordinator

About the role

The Supply Support role ensures execution of dispatch plans by coordinating vehicle supply, communicating with vendors, and confirming truck assignments. It bridges planning and execution by validating commitments in real time and supporting operations through accurate data input, tracking, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors for daily manpower supply and dispatch confirmation.
• Track real‑time dispatch execution and escalate any concerns.
• Support contingency execution and urgent call‑outs during critical hours.
• Manage site personnel and ensure key performance indicators are met.
• Update live trackers, log deployments and recovery actions during shortfalls or emergencies.

Required profile

• Strong negotiation, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Capability to handle and guide multiple site personnel.
• Strong ethical standards, integrity and a commitment to confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
