FinTech Customer Service Trainer

About the role

The Trainer will help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge, delivering complete training that motivates and develops talent. This role focuses on customer service, technical support, and sales campaigns within a FinTech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle FST, PST, including Nesting classes.
• Conduct coaching sessions to evaluate skill and behavior gaps.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, People & Culture, and Operations to manage new‑hire classes.
• Submit class reports and endorse agents at each training phase.
• Record observations for each trainee and provide recommendations.
• Deliver training on customer service, sales, and process knowledge.
• Partner with clients to conduct TNA, design, and develop learning content.
• Evaluate training results, identify improvement opportunities, and provide operational support.
• Manage end‑to‑end project cycles from conceptualization to implementation.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience as a Trainer in a BPO setting, preferably FinTech.
• Proven experience in employee development or related areas.
• People‑oriented, team player with strong verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of learning management software and web delivery tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters and solve problems effectively.
• Self‑motivated, quick learner with a passion for helping others grow.
• Willingness to work onsite with shifting schedules.
