About the role

The Financial Sales Associate will deliver life insurance and wealth‑management solutions to the bank’s clients, working closely with branch sales and service teams. This dynamic position requires an independent mindset, strong customer focus, and a drive to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide life‑insurance and wealth‑management products to meet clients’ protection, savings, and investment needs.
  • Collaborate with branch sales and service teams to generate leads, convert prospects, and maintain existing accounts.
  • Prepare and update monthly sales call plans, daily call reports, and other management reports.
  • Conduct client calls, sales presentations, telesales, and on‑site product demonstrations.
  • Perform KYC, CDD/EDD procedures and ensure compliance with privacy, data‑handling, and regulatory requirements.
  • Promote cross‑selling and referrals of MCBL products, and support policy reviews and after‑sales service.
  • Attend meetings, trainings, and conferences as required, and complete all mandatory compliance trainings.

Required profile

  • Dynamic, self‑motivated individual with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Excellent customer‑service orientation and ability to build long‑term client relationships.
  • Strong teamwork skills to coordinate with branch and business‑center teams.
  • Attention to detail and strict adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
