Financial Reporting & Tax Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Financial Reporting & Tax Manager to lead our financial reporting, tax compliance and ERP accounting functions in our Makati office. The role ensures accurate statutory reporting, supports audit processes and drives continuous improvement of finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Manage the accounting close process and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee statutory reporting.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and meet regulatory requirements.
• Oversee ERP accounting modules and maintain system integrity.
• Identify and recommend enhancements to financial processes.
• Develop and update accounting policies and procedures.
• Supervise and mentor accounting personnel.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
• 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and taxation.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
