About the role
The Financial Reporting Associate will work under the Consolidated Accounting Unit Supervisor and closely with the Finance Accounting Division at Headquarters. The role focuses on preparing and analysing financial reports, ensuring compliance with IPSAS and organizational policies.
Key responsibilities
- Perform financial reporting and analysis for quarterly and annual statements.
- Execute centralized financial reporting activities across the Global Shared Services Centre.
- Conduct reconciliation functions to support accurate financial statements.
- Ensure all reporting complies with IPSAS standards and internal policies.
Required profile
- University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
Required skills
- Knowledge of IPSAS (International Public Sector Accounting Standards).
- Financial reporting and analysis expertise.
- Reconciliation and data validation skills.
