Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

The Manager – Corporate Finance Business Partner is a key member of the Global Services Finance organization, responsible for leading compensation planning, labor headcount forecasting, and actuals performance management across assigned legal entities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end labor headcount and compensation forecasting processes, partnering with FP&A, Business Unit Finance, Total Rewards, HR and other stakeholders.
• Develop executive‑level financial presentations, dashboards and analytical commentary for leadership teams.
• Support monthly and quarterly close activities, ensuring accurate accounting of compensation and workforce‑related transactions.
• Lead and develop a team, establishing goals, coaching members and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify and drive process improvements, automation and transformation initiatives across planning and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration; CPA, CMA, MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 5‑8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, workforce or compensation planning.
• Prior experience managing teams and leading cross‑functional stakeholder engagements.
• Experience in a global, matrixed, shared‑services environment, preferably in pharmaceutical, healthcare or MedTech.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint.
• Planning tools such as Anaplan.
• ERP platforms (SAP preferred) and financial reporting systems.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical and forecasting capabilities.
