Financial Planning Analyst

About the role

Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Financial Planning Analyst to drive financial excellence across the business. The role focuses on ensuring financial health, compliance, and accurate cost allocation for R&D and other units while supporting management with insightful analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial forecasting activities.
• Ensure accuracy, integrity and compliance of financial results through cross‑functional partnership.
• Explain the relationship between operational performance, financial outcomes and compliance.
• Provide strategic business insights by incorporating competitive analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of financial processes and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Operations or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, operations or accounting.
• Strong verbal and written communication, leadership and organizational abilities.
• Analytical mindset with critical and creative thinking.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, interrupt‑driven environment.
