Financial Planning Analyst (FP&A)

About the role

The FP&A Analyst will support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities while delivering insightful analysis that drives strategic decisions. You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to improve financial planning processes and provide actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning across multiple business units.
• Analyze operating expenses, financial performance, and key business metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Contribute to the preparation and validation of the annual corporate budget.
• Develop and maintain financial models that support business planning, forecasting, and strategic decision‑making.
• Prioritize multiple projects and reporting requirements while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Participate in financial process improvement initiatives and prepare ad‑hoc analyses and management reports as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving abilities and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting financial information to senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP or similar ERP systems.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Solver, Tableau, or Power BI.
