Financial Planning & Analysis Manager – Statutory Reporting

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead statutory and regulatory reporting for its Philippines entity. The role will partner with global finance, operations, and technology teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements across the Americas.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and delivery of statutory reports to regulators in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
• Support the development and documentation of processes and controls for financial activities, including settlement currency changes for Originating and Receiving Institutions.
• Manage financial statement preparation, audits, and necessary adjustments to meet statutory reporting requirements.
• Develop templates and reconciliation processes for TFC to Oracle for accounts receivable and payable across legal entities.
• Review and validate data extracts used for accounting and supplemental reporting.

• Proven ability to design and implement robust financial controls and process improvements.
