Financial Controller – Q-Commerce (APAC, Europe, Turkey)

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Controller to oversee the Q‑Commerce portfolio across APAC, Europe and Turkey. Based in the Philippines, you will join the Regional Finance Insights team and work closely with stakeholders to support financial planning, budgeting, reporting, analysis and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with local and regional stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely month‑end close for the Q‑Commerce portfolio.
• Develop and maintain tools and financial models for month‑end close, forecasts and annual budgets.
• Perform detailed variance analysis to explain financial performance and key business drivers.
• Prepare insightful management reporting decks to support strategic decision‑making.
• Drive process optimisation and standardisation, enhancing reporting efficiency through new accounting processes and guidelines.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to assess performance and financial impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 5‑6 years of experience in accounting, auditing or finance roles; Big 4 audit experience preferred.
• Exceptional analytical skills and strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to drive organisational change through proactive stakeholder management.
• Resilient, detail‑oriented problem‑solver who thrives under pressure.
