Financial Controller

About the role

The Financial Controller will lead all financial operations for BOK Korean Fried Chicken, a fast‑growing quick‑service restaurant brand in the Philippines. This full‑time, hybrid position combines on‑site work in Parañaque with some remote flexibility, reporting directly to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly and year‑end financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage tax compliance, regulatory filings and support external audits.
• Oversee general ledger, cash‑flow monitoring, account reconciliations and internal controls.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and management reports to guide strategic planning.
• Improve ERP processes, particularly NetSuite, and drive reporting efficiency.
• Supervise and develop the accounting team.

Required profile

• CPA certification.
• 5‑7 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or controller role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine tax and accounting standards.
• Experience in multi‑entity accounting; background in F&B, franchising, retail or manufacturing is preferred.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and able to work independently.

Required skills

• NetSuite (or comparable ERP) proficiency.
• ERP implementation and process optimisation.
