Financial Controller

About the role

We are a fast‑growing healthcare group seeking a Financial Controller to build a world‑class finance function. This role works closely with senior leadership to shape financial architecture, support rapid expansion, and create long‑term enterprise value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead accounting, financial reporting, and month‑end close across multiple entities.
• Produce timely, accurate, and compliant financial statements.
• Strengthen internal controls, governance, and finance policies.
• Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, and external audits.
• Drive finance transformation, system improvements, and process automation.
• Partner with business leaders on financial planning, analysis, and strategic decisions.
• Support fundraising, due diligence, M&A, and investor reporting as needed.
• Build and develop a high‑performing finance organization.

Required profile

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Group Financial Controller, Finance Director, or senior finance leader.
• Experience with a reputable audit firm is a strong advantage.
• Background in multi‑entity or fast‑growing organisations.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
