Financial Controller

About the role

The Financial Controller will lead StorageMart's financial operations from its Makati office, ensuring accurate reporting, effective cash‑flow management, and robust budgeting support for a rapidly expanding self‑storage business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze and present financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, expense allocations and support forecasting activities.
• Supervise accounting processes, review journal entries and reconcile accounts.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with Philippine tax, regulatory and company policies.
• Collaborate with leadership and operational teams across multiple facilities to optimise financial performance and manage risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in a controller or senior accounting role, preferably in a multi‑site or service‑oriented environment.
• Strong ethical standards and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to work on‑site in Makati and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
