Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.• Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Group Financial Controller, FinanceDirector, or a more senior finance leadership role.• Experience with a reputable audit firm is a strong advantage.• Strong technical accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls background.• Experience in a multi-entity or fast-growing organization is highly desirable.• Knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and business planning is a significantadvantage.• Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite or other enterprise ERP systems is a significantadvantage.• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• A strategic thinker who can balance operational discipline with long-term businessgrowth.
