Financial Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Controller to oversee all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and compliance. The role works closely with senior management to drive financial performance and ensure the organization meets its financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, produce ongoing forecasts and analyse variances against actual performance.
• Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable and payroll, and coordinate external audits and tax filings.
• Monitor cash flow, prepare projections and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
• Provide financial analysis to support business decisions, focusing on profitability, cost control and ROI.
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team, ensuring effective communication across departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CPA, CMA or MBA is a plus.
• 3‑7 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or QuickBooks.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
