Financial Controller – Healthcare Platform

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead accounting operations for a fast‑growing, multi‑entity healthcare platform. This hands‑on, senior‑level position will support complex consolidations, roll‑ups, and post‑acquisition integration in a tech‑enabled environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day accounting across multiple healthcare entities and drive monthly, quarterly and annual close processes.
• Ensure financial statements are accurate, GAAP‑compliant, and meet the needs of senior leadership and external stakeholders.
• Manage entity‑level and consolidated reporting, including accounting integration for new acquisitions.
• Standardize accounting policies, procedures and internal controls across the organization.
• Apply healthcare‑specific accounting principles, overseeing revenue recognition, provider compensation and cost allocations.
• Leverage modern accounting systems to improve efficiency, identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions.

Required profile

• Controller‑level experience with proven senior ownership of accounting functions.
• Extensive healthcare accounting background, preferably within Dental Service Organizations (DSO) or Management Services Organizations (MSO).
• Hands‑on experience with multi‑entity consolidations and roll‑ups.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, problem‑solving ability and independence in fast‑moving environments.
• Highly tech‑savvy with the ability to adopt new accounting systems quickly.
