Financial Business Partner (FP&A) – APAC

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Business Partner (FP&A) to support our APAC operations in Makati. The role will provide accurate financial data, analysis and insights to drive decision‑making across our growing road‑trip platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate financial data, analysis and insights to support business decision‑making across APAC operations.
• Establish and maintain budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting frameworks, focusing on fleet and operational cost centres.
• Drive cost‑control and cost‑saving initiatives by analysing spend, identifying inefficiencies and partnering with Operations and Strategy teams.
• Own end‑to‑end budget cycles, including planning, forecasting, tracking and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations and Strategy to align financial workflows and ensure data accuracy.
• Review and approve purchase orders and invoices to ensure compliance with budgets and forecasts.
• Build transparent reporting structures that enable stakeholders to monitor performance and take timely action.
• Ensure budget execution aligns with quarterly forecasts and proactively address deviations.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience in finance, business controlling or audit.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in companies with physical or operational environments (service‑based operations).
• Solid understanding of budgeting, planning and financial reporting systems.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability.
• SQL proficiency.
• Experience with Looker or other business intelligence and analytics tools.
