Financial Analyst (US Shift) – Financial Modeling

About the role

This position offers the chance to join a fast‑growing professional services practice that supports corporate finance activities for US private‑equity clients. You will work on a high‑performing team, handling end‑to‑end financial projects while gaining exposure to diverse industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from initiation to delivery, acting as the primary client liaison.
• Develop annual operating budgets, rolling forecasts, detailed financial models, and investor pitch decks.
• Create KPI dashboards and provide ongoing FP&A support.
• Prepare budget and forecast projections, analyse variances, and identify trends.
• Build Excel‑based dashboards and various analytical reports.
• Assist other client engagements as capacity allows, reflecting the company’s core value of empathy.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, and budgeting.
• Strong understanding of finance, accounting, and US GAAP/IFRS standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage client expectations, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a dynamic, high‑pressure environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, dashboards).
• Financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Budgeting and forecasting.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS.
