Financial Analyst – Night Shift (Onsite)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a proactive Financial Analyst to join its finance team in Cagayan De Oro City. You will work night‑shift hours onsite, supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Support monthly forecasting, budgeting and financial planning activities for various business units.
• Analyze operating expenses, financial performance and key metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes.
• Contribute to the preparation and validation of the annual corporate budget.
• Develop and maintain financial models that aid strategic decision‑making.
• Prioritize multiple projects while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Participate in financial process‑improvement initiatives and produce ad‑hoc analyses and management reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, financial analysis or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Results‑driven with a proactive approach and solid business acumen.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP or Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Solver, Tableau or Power BI.
