Financial Analyst

About the role

MRI is looking for a Financial Analyst to support the Finance Operations organization through accurate reporting, data quality measurement, and actionable business insights. The role partners closely with leadership to deliver timely dashboards and analytics that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver recurring financial and operational reports.
• Partner with Finance Operations leaders to provide reporting that supports strategic decision‑making.
• Reconcile and validate data from multiple systems to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Design and maintain metrics that measure data quality, completeness, and accuracy.
• Track key accuracy metrics, identify trends, and investigate root causes.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses to uncover data integrity gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that deliver actionable insights.
• Create self‑service reporting solutions and automate reporting processes.
• Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear, concise manner.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analytics, or reporting.
• Experience supporting Finance Operations or similar business functions.
• Proven ability to work with large, complex data sets across multiple systems.
