Financial Analyst – FP&A Intermediary

About the role

As a Financial Analyst you will support the North America Intermediary business with accurate financial reporting, analysis, forecasting and planning. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, business leaders and finance partners, gaining exposure to Wealth and Asset Management operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, dashboards and presentations for business stakeholders.
• Consolidate, analyse and interpret financial and operational data to support decision‑making and performance tracking.
• Support management reporting activities, including sales reporting, variance analysis, commentaries and financial bridges.
• Assist with forecasting, budgeting, planning and business performance analysis initiatives.
• Collaborate with global business partners and finance teams on reporting requirements, process improvements and ad‑hoc requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting or a related finance role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
