Finance Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Officer to join our Makati office on a full‑time, on‑site basis. The role focuses on preparing and analysing financial statements, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting compliance with local regulations. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain robust financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy of financial reporting and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Conduct financial analysis to provide actionable insights for decision‑making.
• Maintain up‑to‑date accounting records and support audit processes.
• Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth financial operations and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; CPA certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in financial statements preparation, reporting and general finance principles.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting reports and interacting with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with local financial regulations and compliance standards.
