Finance Manager – Remote (Gulf Standard Time)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Finance Manager to own the day‑to‑day finance function for our funds and SPVs. Reporting to the CFO, you will work remotely while aligning your schedule with Gulf Standard Time and travelling to Abu Dhabi when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management reports and IFRS‑compliant financial statements.
• Execute bank, balance‑sheet and inter‑company reconciliations.
• File UAE corporate tax returns, VAT, and FATCA/CRS reports for CFO review.
• Manage treasury cash operations and regulatory capital adequacy calculations.
• Process payroll and ensure Wage Protection System compliance.
• Conduct quarterly fair‑value assessments, NAV calculations and maintain LP capital accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors and keep audit‑ready records in Xero.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of finance experience, including at least two years post‑qualification.
• Background in private equity, venture capital, fund administration or asset management.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE corporate tax, VAT and FATCA/CRS.
• Proven ability to meet monthly and quarterly deadlines with high attention to detail.
