Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead day‑to‑day finance operations, ensure accurate reporting, maintain strong controls, and manage cash flow while supervising the finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, disbursements and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare timely P&L, balance sheet and cash‑flow statements and oversee month‑end and year‑end close.
• Maintain and improve financial controls, policies, approval processes and audit trails.
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, regulatory, lender and audit requirements.
• Monitor cash position, liquidity needs and support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Lead the finance team, ensuring documentation, cross‑training and continuity of critical processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience in a finance or accounting leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of PFRS, IFRS and other relevant accounting standards.
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems or accounting software such as Zero Books.
• Financial modeling capabilities.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into insights.
