Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the hospital’s finance function, overseeing accounting, billing, credit and collections, treasury, and financial reporting. This role ensures revenue targets are met, expenses are controlled, and financial information is accurate and timely for strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all finance operations, including accounting, billing, credit, collections, treasury, and reporting.
• Achieve revenue targets through efficient billing and receivable management.
• Reduce expenses as a percentage of revenue by enforcing cost‑control measures.
• Produce accurate, timely, and compliant financial reports for management and the board.
• Support and implement financial systems (Project NOAH) and drive process improvements.

Required profile

• B.S.B.A. major in Accounting and a valid CPA license.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, credit, and collections, preferably within a hospital or healthcare setting.

Required skills

• Strong analytics and dashboarding using Excel and Power BI.
• Knowledge of PHIC/HMO claim flows.
• Proficiency with accounts‑receivable (A/R) systems.
• Leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities.
