Finance Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team in Pasig on a full‑time hybrid basis. The role will work closely with the commercial function to deliver financial insights that support strategic decision‑making. It is positioned as a key step in our succession pipeline for future finance leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with commercial teams to analyse performance and provide actionable financial insights.
• Prepare, review and present regular financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Support strategic planning by modelling scenarios and evaluating investment opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience in finance management or a similar senior finance role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Interest in growing within a leadership track.
