Finance Manager – Billing & Systems Operations

About the role

TaskUs is looking for a highly analytical Finance Manager to own end‑to‑end billing workflows and serve as the bridge between business rules and technical execution. This hybrid role blends financial processing with system operations, ensuring accurate invoicing and smooth integration across our tech stack.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage daily invoicing for assigned verticals with 100% accuracy and timely dispatch.
• Track pending approvals, send reminders, and prevent billing delays during critical periods.
• Validate data integrity and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to close financial periods.
• Investigate and resolve invoice‑related errors in Oracle, Anaplan, and TUBA.
• Partner with IT and client systems teams to align invoice business rules with system architecture.
• Monitor system health during peak invoice generation cycles.
