Finance Lead

About the role

The Finance Lead will own the end‑to‑end financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes for a manufacturing/semiconductor business. You will partner with multiple business units to provide insight, ensure data integrity and support strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Conduct variance analysis and monitor budget performance against KPI targets.
• Develop financial models for forecasting, business planning and capital‑expenditure justification.
• Gather data from stakeholders, schedule budget review meetings and submit budgets and 5‑year plans to Hyperion.
• Maintain accurate financial databases, ensure compliance with regulations and support audit processes.
• Identify financial risks, implement internal controls and provide ad‑hoc analysis as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, CPA qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of financial analysis experience, preferably in manufacturing or semiconductor industry.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems and familiarity with Hyperion.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Oracle ERP (or comparable ERP system).
• Hyperion budgeting/forecasting platform.
• Financial modeling and forecasting tools.
