Finance Director

About the role

The Finance Director will head the Group’s financial management, liquidity planning, refinancing activities, treasury operations and financial governance across our renewable‑energy projects in Vietnam, the Philippines and Indonesia. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will ensure financial stability, reporting integrity and the funding capacity needed to support our strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group financial reporting, consolidation, statutory reporting and audit coordination for all operating entities.
• Standardise accounting policies, financial controls and reporting frameworks across the Group.
• Drive annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑term financial planning, monitor performance and provide variance analysis.
• Oversee treasury operations, cash‑flow forecasting, working‑capital management and liquidity planning.
• Manage debt obligations, covenant compliance and lead refinancing initiatives, including lender negotiations and due‑diligence.
• Support commercial and operational teams with profitability analysis, pricing evaluation and financial decision support.
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance processes and manage financial risks such as liquidity, tax exposure and reporting risks.
• Collaborate with CEO, CIO, GM and other functional leaders on fundraising, investment evaluation and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and lead finance teams across regional operations, fostering a culture of accountability and performance.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading finance functions in a multi‑entity, regional organization.
• Proven track record in financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, treasury and refinancing.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance and financial risk management.
• Ability to work closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
