About the role
Join Goway Travel's finance team as a Finance Coordinator focused on Accounts Payable. You will be responsible for processing invoices, managing payments, and ensuring accurate reconciliations while developing your accounting expertise in a supportive, hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and record vendor invoices.
- Process payments in accordance with company policies.
- Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable ledger.
- Maintain organized documentation and filing systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in month‑end closing activities related to AP.
Required profile
- Relevant accounting or finance background.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills for vendor and internal interactions.
- Ability to work independently and within a hybrid team setting.
